Gasification News - Editor 2002-2008

I wrote and edited the bi-weekly newsletter Gasification News which covered coal-to-liquids (CTL), gas-to-liquids (GTL), synfuel production and integrated gasification combined cycle (IGCC) electrical power generation as well as carbon capture and sequestration (CCS) and other carbon mitigation issues.

 

My duties also included writing the bi-weekly LNG Wire newsletter as well as weekly and daily market reports on crude, gasoline, diesel and ethanol for the newsletters: World Fuels Today, Renewable Fuels News, Octane Week, Global Refining and Fuels Report. Additionally, I wrote and edited the bi-weekly newsletter Midstream Sector Update, a newsletter for the natural gas processing industry.

  • Reported Asian oil industry news, wrote analytical features and covered daily price movements of crude and products in Asia.
